CATALINA ISLAND, CA -USA
Catalina Island is a stop for a lot of 4 day cruises going out of Las Angeles, we have been there 3 times ( our first cruise in 2002,2007, 2009)
it is a nice quiet place with a nice feel, some nice shops and a few places to do a little sight seeing, suppose to be some decent snorkeling if you go in the summer or wear a wetsuit.
we have always gone in the fall so the air temperature and water temperature did not make us want to get in the water (California water always seems a little cool to me)
