Castillo San Felipe del Morro, Old San Juan, Puerto Rico (our cruise left from PR so we had a little time to check it out) we were there about 3-4 days after Hurricane Irma grazed it, then Hurricane Maria hit it hard about 4-5 days after we got home.
they changed the itinerary from bypassing our scheduled stop in St Maarten to going there to provide some humanitarian aid.
we arrived at St Maarten the next morning, (we could not get off the ship) it was interesting to see an area right after a hurricane, the hills that were normally green were brown because all the leaves and alot of branches had been stripped off, we saw some smaller boats up on land and shipping containers that were bent up. our ship dropped off a bit of food/water and picked up 300 people (we heard our ship had sold to almost full- 3,300 people- but heard that there were only about 2,200 that made it on so we had room, most of the people we took on were people trying to get back to the US, so they stayed on for the rest of the cruise back to PR (no charge to them- very cool of Royal Caribbean)
